Evelyn Smeets is an executive coach and change facilitator specialized in change management and leadership development. She holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and founded Evolution Coaching to help professionals achieve a greater understanding of their own strengths and areas for improvement.

Coupled with a curious and open-minded attitude to work, life, and learning, people become more daring leaders, better team players and happier individuals.
